“What does the world need now?" An Exercise in the Process of Co-Creation

In this 3-hour workshop we will become aware of our own sound through voice work and we will work with contemplative practices to help us slow down and listen to our hearts. We will pay attention to our environments and to the other participants, see the places of resistance and openness within ourselves when working with others. Through this, we hope to open to our creativity to see what is wanting to emerge from us as individuals and as a group. During the session we will work on our own, in small groups, and as a whole group.
